Fear Free is the way we work, not a slogan on the wall. Rather than scruff cats or muzzle dogs, we go at the animal’s pace, use gentle handling, and reach for calming medication when a pet genuinely needs help to settle. Our standard consults run a full 30 minutes, so there is time for your pet to relax and time for you to talk through what is going on. Dogs and cats have their own separate consulting rooms, which spares a jumpy cat the smell and sound of the dog that came in before it.
